Potluck Worship: Many Flavours Of WMC In 2021
Back in April of 2021, our worship series on the Gospel of Mark asked the question "How do we move through suffering?" Mark's primary audience is a group of Christ-followers in Rome, clinging to life amid a wave of betrayal and brutal torture from the Empire. And so they wondered: "Is our faith worth it? Will we make it through? Has God abandoned us?"
Those questions still resonate with us as we start a new year with another Covid wave and other ongoing pandemic, climate, political and personal crises surrounding us. Let's take another listen to these voices to see what hope they offer us in 2022.
